Take a Seat at Blackjack Action

Live dealer blackjack, dealt hand by hand, sits inside the same lobby as our slot rooms, and your bKash, Nagad or Rocket balance is already in the account wallet when you take a seat. Table access depends on your local law and eligible regions.

TABLE SUPPORT

Open Table Help While You Play

Something going wrong mid-shoe is our problem, not yours. If the stream freezes or a dealer call looks wrong, the table chat is the first place to say so: dealers flag it and a support agent joins. Wallet questions go the same way, send your transaction reference and we trace it against your account. Keep your table open while we check. Hand history stays on your account, so you can point at the exact round you mean.

Live Table Chat Dealers answer in the table chat, and our support team picks up anything the dealer cannot settle: a dropped stream, a round you think was misread, or a balance that looks off.
Wallet Check Before you sit down, open your account wallet and confirm your bKash, Nagad or Rocket balance has landed. If a deposit has not shown against your blackjack stake, support can trace the reference with you.
Rules Panel Every table lists its own rules: dealer stands on soft seventeen or hits, whether doubling after a split is allowed, and which side bets are live. Read that panel before your first hand.
FAIR PLAY CHECKS

See How We Keep Hands Fair

Fair dealing at a live table comes down to things you can see. The shoe is loaded and cut on camera, the burn card is shown, and every hand is logged to your account so you can reopen it later. Studios publish their own audit statements and we link to those rather than write our own figures. RTP and edge numbers appear only where the table or the studio exposes them, and we do not fill that gap ourselves.

Camera-Loaded Shoe

The dealer loads and cuts the shoe on camera, shows the burn card and deals from a marked cut card. You can watch the shuffle happen instead of taking it on faith.

Studio Audit Papers

Evolution and Pragmatic Play publish their own fairness and audit statements. We link to the studio page instead of writing our own summary, so you read the original wording.

Hand History on Account

Every settled hand is stored against your account with the stake, the cards and the outcome. Open it from the table menu when you want to check a round back.

Rules Shown Before Bets

Dealer stands on soft seventeen or hits, double after split allowed or not, insurance offered or skipped: all of it is printed on the table panel before your first wager.

Live blackjack is dealt by a real dealer on a streamed table, and you play the house rather than each other, so the pace stays even and the rules stay on screen. Evolution and Pragmatic Play carry most of the floor; Blackjack Fiesta is the table we see the longest sessions on. Each table card shows its betting range before you take

a seat. You get the standard moves, hit, stand, double and split, plus side bets where the table carries them. Chat with the dealer, watch the shoe, then decide. Your account wallet covers the buy-in, so a bKash or Nagad balance reaches the felt without a separate transfer.

Learn the Words Around Blackjack Action

Blackjack has its own short vocabulary, and nobody stops the shoe to explain it. Here are the words that come up most at our tables, written plainly: the shoe and the cut card, a push, a soft hand, doubling down, side bets and the house edge.

What is the shoe in blackjack?

The shoe is the box holding the shuffled decks a dealer draws from. Live tables usually deal from a multi-deck shoe, and the cut card marks when the next shuffle comes.

What does a push mean?

A push is a tie between your hand and the dealer's, and your stake comes back untouched. It happens most with equal totals, and nobody wins or loses that round.

What is doubling down?

Doubling down means you match your original stake and take one extra card. Usually it is allowed on your first two cards, though some tables limit it to nine, ten or eleven.

What is a soft hand?

A soft hand holds an ace counted as eleven, so it cannot bust on the next card. Ace-six is soft seventeen; hit it and the ace drops to one if you go over.

What is a side bet in blackjack?

A side bet is a separate wager on something beyond the main hand, like whether your two cards pair or match the dealer's. It pays on its own and sits outside your base stake.

What is the house edge?

The house edge is the small mathematical advantage the dealer's rules give the casino over time. Rule variations change it, so read each table's own panel rather than assume one figure.

Check the Answers Before You Deal

Short answers to what comes up most about blackjack on our floor: how a table gets chosen, what a stake range looks like, and what happens when a stream stutters. If your question is about one specific table, the chat inside that table gets you a faster reply than a general message. New tables join the floor as studios release them, so if a name you saw earlier is missing, ask support and we will point you to what is running.

Log in, open the live casino floor and filter for blackjack. Each table card shows its betting range first, so you pick a seat that suits your wallet before the next shoe starts.

Yes, tables run in a mobile browser with no extra app, and the layout turns sideways to fit the felt. You sit down from Dhaka on the same account wallet you use on desktop.

Each table publishes its own minimum and maximum before you join, so scan the table card and choose a range you are comfortable repeating across several hands, not just one.

One account wallet covers both. Blackjack tables sit in the live casino section; cricket betting, including BPL and international fixtures, sits in the sportsbook, so you switch without moving money.

The round finishes against the recorded deal, and the result lands in your hand history either way. Reopen the table when the stream returns; support can read the round back to you.

Some do. Pair-based and total-based side bets are marked on the rules panel before you sit, and you are never forced into them: the base hand plays the same either way.
